David O. Rajala has more than 30 years of experience in security analysis and portfolio management for taxable and tax-exempt clients. He was the Chief Investment Officer for the Trust Department of the Worcester County National Bank and later became the Director of Equity Management and President of the Shawmut Corporation’s investment counseling subsidiary, One Federal Asset Management. Prior to joining Palmer & Dodge in 1997, he was the Director of Investment Research for Shawmut Investment Advisers.
Dave is a graduate of Fordham College with a BA in history and has a MBA in finance from New York University’s Graduate School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder, a member of the CFA Institute, the Boston Security Analysts Society and the Boston Economic Club.

Glenn Murphy brings more than three decades of hands-on investment experience as an analyst, portfolio manager and advisor to both institutional and private clients, and as a business unit leader. He began his career in the research department of Scudder, Stevens & Clark and has held senior investment and managerial positions at Travelers Insurance and Shawmut Investment Advisers. Prior to joining PalmerDodge Advisors, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Fixed Income at Pell Rudman & Co. in Boston and a principal at Old Harbor Capital Management LLC, a private investment firm.
Glenn is a graduate of Yale College, with honors in Physical Chemistry, and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, with concentrations in Finance and Business Policy. He is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Institute, a Founding Director of the Fixed Income Management Society of Boston, and a member of the Economics Club of Boston and the Boston Security Analysts Society.
Glenn is married to an attorney with two college-age children and lives in Chestnut Hill. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Association of Yale Alumni, a Vice President of the Yale Club of Boston and a trustee of the Yale Scholarship Trust. He sits on the investment committees of the Church of The Redeemer in Chestnut Hill and the Boston Episcopal Charitable Society.Investment Advisor

Vijay Naidu was previously employed at TH&T Private Asset Management from March 2004 to February 2005 and at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP from 1993 to 2004 as a Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst. Vijay joined PalmerDodge Advisors in February 2005.

Matthew Martino has worked in the financial services industry for close to 10 years. Matthew was previously employed at Eqyty Research & Management, a private investment manager, as an Equity Analyst from July 2003 to November 2005. Prior to Eqyty Research & Management, Matthew worked as an Investment Associate with a High Net Worth Private Client Group at Merrill Lynch. He joined PalmerDodge Advisors in December 2005.
